Covid -19 Measures Taken In Our Hotel

As La Quinta by Wyndham, the health and safety of our guests and employee is our top priority. Due to the COVID 19 pandemic we have added further new standards to our existing procedures. Our intention is to provide our guests a pleasant stay here in a hygienic, safe and healthy atmosphere.

  • Guests are informed of the measures taken and the rules applied at the hotel during check-in. Guests can also reach our sertificates about Hygiene and Covid 19 at the reception desk. Hygiene kits are distributed to guests during check-in. Our kit products, which must be kept at our reception desks at all times during the Covid-19 period, are as follows.

– Disinfectant or disinfectant wipes for surface cleaning.

– Face masks

 – Disposable gloves

  • Masks and gloves are continuously distributed to the guests and employees, and masks, gloves and disinfectants are made available for everyone at the entrances of the hotel and in certain areas. The use of masks and gloves by employees, in particular, is frequently checked.
  • There is a disinfectant mat in the entrance of the lobby to provide disinfection to everyone who enters the facility.
  • All guests will get their temperatures checked and recorded with digital thermometers before entering the facility.
  • Department employees make sure that they wear masks and gloves during their work. Gloves are definitely disposed of and replaced with new ones after Social Distancing Plan is being implemented and the necessary warning signs and information are provided.
  • Door cards will be prepared and disinfected before guests’ check-in and presented in protective covers.
  • “ The Distancing Plan”, which includes the social distancing rules and suggestions that guests and employees must comply with within the hotel, has been put into practice and is visualised everwhere.
  • Contactless payment methods are available during check outs.
  • All areas are disinfected periodically, ensuring that hygiene conditions are met not only for the areas used by guests but also for the areas used by employees.
  • There are disinfection units in front of the elevators and the use of elevators is regulated and limited according to social distancing rules.(max. two persons back to back) The necessary warning and information signs are placed outside and inside the elevators.
  • The pool and water sanitation control records are listed in distinguished areas.
  • There are disinfection units in all general areas.
  • All guests will get their temperatures checked in the entrance of restaurants.
  • In our restaurants, precautions will be taken to maintain the required safe physical distance.
  • We have put in place QR code applications to facilitate access to notifications and menus digitally.
  • Breakfast will be served on the table not in an open buffet , A la munite prepared dishes will be taken into consideration.
  • Cutlery sets will be put on the table or plastic packaging(with %80 wet napkin) by our staff. Disposable cutlery sets are available upon the request of guests at the restaurants.
  • Tea/coffee machines, dispensers, other beverage machines and similar devices for common use have been removed. Tea or coffee  will be provided with pots. It is ensured that they are disinfected after each use.
  • Service equipment in the food and beverage areas is regularly disinfected. All materials that are offered for service are re-washed and disinfected again, even if they are not used according to HACCP rules.
  • Food and beverage centers are regularly ventilated.
  • Hygiene barriers, sterilization devices, tools and equipment required for hand and body hygiene are complete in food production.
  • The containers, apparatus, machines, tools and equipment used in the kitchen are cleaned and disinfected before and after use in accordance with appropriate cleaning measures and according to HACCP rules.
  • Hand disinfection devices are used for daily room cleaning.
  • After check outs every room will be cleaned in detail with ULV devices and will be disinfected properly.
  • The kettles and television and air conditioning remote controls and every place that could be touched in the rooms are disinfected after each guest leaves the room.
  • The distance between the sunbeds around the pool and at the beach will be newly set up according to the safe physical distance rules.
  • Our employees’ health controls are made regularly.
  • Our employees will get their temperatures checked and recorded with digital thermometers before entering the facility.
  • It is ensured that washable aprons, which prioritize hygiene, are used particularly for the clothing of employees in food and beverage, housekeeping and kitchen.
  • All of our employee are trained with Covid19
  • The masks, gloves, hand disinfectants, common area disinfectants and cleaning materials that are used in the facility are TSE (Turkish Standards Institution) certified and approved by the Ministry of Health.
  • Our facility is been controlled and trained by consulting firms.
